Our Story

Norwood Constructions is a domestic and commercial building company specializing in any form of residential and commercial construction. James Quinert founded Norwood Constructions in 2006 with its title derided from his middle name "Norwood", a name that has been synonymous with success in property within his family.

James expertise and background has been uniquely shaped by a ‘hands on’ residential carpentry upbringing, that quickly led on to commercial formwork and concrete, highly detailed basement works, civil construction, large scale structures, all whilst always incorporating the end goal of high-end customized internal finished and personalised construction outcomes.

Norwood Constructions’ primary focus is achieving an excellent standard of workmanship, at every level of the construction process. By simply applying this ‘Hands on” ethos to everything we do and utilizing the best materials, practice and trades, we create and deliver a product that is incomparable in the modern construction marketplace.
